Agreement for the provision of online school services

TERMS AND DEFINITIONS

1.1. Offer Agreement — a public offer by the Service Provider, addressed to any individual or legal entity, to enter into an agreement with the Service Provider under the terms set forth in this document.

1.2. Acceptance — full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of the Offer Agreement by the Client through the payment of services.

1.3. Services — information and consulting services offered by the Service Provider under the terms of this Agreement.

SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

2.1. The Service Provider provides information and consulting services to the Client, and the Client pays for and accepts the services under the terms of this Agreement.

2.2. The list and description of available services for ordering are published on the Service Provider's website.

2.3. The Service Provider does not guarantee employment after the completion of the training and does not provide job placement services.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE OFFER AND CONCLUSION OF THE AGREEMENT

3.1. The Agreement is considered concluded from the moment of the Client's acceptance of the offer, i.e., from the moment of payment for the services.

3.2. Acceptance of the offer means that the Client agrees to the terms of this Agreement.

3.3. All payments for online training are non-refundable under any circumstances.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

4.1. The Service Provider undertakes to:

Provide the Client with paid services of proper quality and within the established deadlines.
Inform the Client about changes in the terms of service provision.
Ensure the confidentiality of Client data, except in cases provided by law.
Protect intellectual property rights related to the provided services and materials.

4.2. The Client undertakes to:

Pay for the services in full.
Comply with the rules for participating in consultations and other activities conducted by the Service Provider.
Not distribute or use the provided materials for commercial purposes without written consent from the Service Provider.
Ensure the confidentiality of access to the provided educational materials and services.

SERVICE COST AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE

5.1. The cost of services is specified on the Service Provider's website and may be changed unilaterally by the Service Provider.

5.2. Payment for services is made via bank transfer or any other available method specified on the Service Provider's website.

5.3. Payments made by the Client are non-refundable, regardless of whether the Client completes the training.

LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES

6.1. The Service Provider is not responsible for the inability to provide services due to reasons beyond its control, including technical failures, actions of third parties, and force majeure circumstances.

6.2. The Client assumes full responsibility for the accuracy of the provided data and undertakes to compensate the Service Provider for any damages caused by providing incorrect information.

6.3. The Service Provider is not responsible for the results of applying the knowledge and skills acquired through the services.

6.4. The Service Provider is not responsible for the Client's misinterpretation of U.S. tax laws, nor for any potential errors that may arise from such misinterpretations.

6.5. The Service Provider strongly recommends that Clients consult with a qualified specialist before applying any recommendations or methodologies provided during the training, especially when using personal and individual taxpayer documents.

6.6. The Service Provider reserves the right to deny service to a Client who violates the rules of participation, behaves inappropriately, or disrupts the learning process.

6.7. The Client is responsible for unauthorized distribution of the Service Provider's materials and may be subject to legal action in case of intellectual property violations.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEDURE

7.1. All disputes and disagreements arising in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations.

7.2. If the disputes cannot be resolved through negotiations, they shall be referred to the court in accordance with the laws of the United States.

OTHER CONDITIONS

8.1. This Agreement enters into force from the moment of acceptance of the offer and remains in effect until the full performance of obligations by the parties.

8.2. The Service Provider has the right to unilaterally amend the terms of the Agreement by notifying the Client via the Service Provider's website.

8.3. This Agreement is governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States.

8.4. The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate the provision of services to the Client in case of violation of this Agreement or inappropriate behavior that disrupts the learning process.

8.5. The Client acknowledges that unauthorized distribution or reproduction of the provided educational materials is a violation of intellectual property rights and may result in legal consequences.

8.6. The term of this Agreement is indefinite unless otherwise stated by the Service Provider.

8.7. The Service Provider does not guarantee any specific outcomes or financial benefits as a result of participating in the training.
